According to Korean media, he paid 5.086 billion won ($3.7 million) in cash to buy the 149 sq. m. unit in July last year based on records from the Supreme Court of South Korea Internet Registry Office.

Considering that no mortgage was placed, it was presumed that the purchase was made entirely in cash, the report stated.

Hoshi was identified as the youngest owner among the households whose ownership had been transferred from the Brighten N40 developer.

Brighten N40 is an apartment complex with 148 units in five buildings with four underground floors and five to 10 floors above ground. It consists of 140 exclusive 84 to 176 sq. m. units and eight exclusive 171 to 248 sq. m. penthouse units.

The apartment complex has a triple security system to protect privacy, and the educational environment is good as there is GIA Micro School.

The architecture and landscape design were handled by French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte.

With the purchase, Hoshi is now neighbors with entertainer Yoo Jae-suk, who bought a 8.66 billion won ($6.36) exclusive 199 sq. m. penthouse in September last year, actress Han Hyo-joo, and K-pop group Infinite member L..
