Super Marco hailed as MPL S13 MVP; Flaptzy, Kairi inducted to Hall of Legends

Part of the reigning M-series world champion team, Super Marco played a key role in sustaining the dominance of Falcons AP which topped the regular season with an 11-3 record.

He averaged 3.25 kills and 3.81 assists for an impressive 10.76 KDA and 67 percent kill participation to banner the MPL PH Season 13 All-Star team that also included RSG Philippines EXP laner Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo, Liquid ECHO midlaner Alston “Sanji” Pabico and FCAP teammates Rowgien “Owgwen” Unigo as roamer and Kyle “Kyletzy” Sayson as jungler.

FCAP head coach Francis “Duckeyy” Glindro, for also steering his team to the top spot, was also hailed as the season Coach of the Year.

Meanwhile, Flaptzy and Kairi were formally inducted to the league’s Hall of Legends after a successful season last year that saw them add feathers to their already decorated hats.

Apart from being one of the few players in the MLBB esport scene with two world titles under their belts, Flaptzy also solidified his claim as one of the best EXP laners in the globe after claiming the M5 Finals MVP citation.

Kairi, on the other hand, was the trailblazer to the globalization of MPL PH talents after becoming the very first Filipino player to strut his wares overseas. Now a star player for Fnatic Onic Indonesia, he stamped his class in the MPL Indonesia, leading his team to three straight titles and the 2023 MSC crown.

Other awardees cited are Rookie of the Year  Rasec “Nomed” Sugarno of TNC, Sportsmanship Awardee Kenneth “Yue” Tadeo and Best MPL talents Uomi and Reptar. Also recognized were the ladies and gentlemen from the media who contributed to the growth of the MLBB Esports scene in the country
