The Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is conducting a virtual annual stockholders meeting on June 24, 2024, 4:00 PM through https://www.rcbc.com/ASM2024. 

The stockholders may visit https://www.rcbc.com/asm2024-materials to access the Notice, Agenda, and the Rationale/Explanation for Agenda items. It is also shown below. Registration can be emailed to [email protected] by 5:00 pm on June 16, 2024.

The validation of ballots and proxies will occur on June 18, 2024, 9:00 AM, at the Office of the Corporate Secretariat, at the 21st floor, Tower 2 of RCBC Plaza.
