NewJeans, BTS' RM grab first two places on daily physical album chart

K-pop girl group NewJeans and K-pop boy band BTS’ RM grabbed the first two places on the daily physical album chart in South Korea.

On May 24, NewJeans released “How Sweet” while RM dropped his album “Right Place, Wrong Person.”

NewJeans’ “How Sweet” sold 811,843 copies or 851,539 in physical record index to grab the No. 1 spot on Hanteo Chart’s daily album chart for May 24.

RM’s “Right Place, Wrong Person” took second place with 539,406 copies sold or 689,738 in physical record index.

Former (G)I-DLE member Soojin took third place with her “Rizz” album selling 10,250 copies or 13,307 in physical record index.

Boy band NEXZ’s “Ride the Vide” is in fourth place with 7,727 copies sold (6,930 in physical record index) followed by MCND’s “X10” with 3,072 (3,831).
