Alveo Land, a prestigious company renowned for upscale developments under the Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) portfolio, is further enhancing Southern living with standout properties like Nuvali and Vermosa estates. During a media briefing at Raffles Makati on May 8, 2024, Alveo announced a milestone first quarter sales figure of P12.7 billion.

“We are proud to say that for the first quarter of 2024, we registered P12.7 billion, our highest sales reservations quarter in our own history,” said Alveo President Joseph Carmichael Z. Jugo. “This milestone is really on the back of reinvesting, enhancing, and elevating our own product offerings.”

This record-breaking performance is attributed to P3.8 billion from residential lots, P7.5 billion from condominium sales, and P1.4 billion from office and commercial lots. With these achievements, Alveo solidifies its status as a formidable brand in the Philippine real estate industry and maintains its strong position in the upscale market segment.

Decades of success

For over two decades, Alveo has been a pillar in Philippine real estate. Established in 2002 as Community Innovations, it swiftly emerged as one of the fastest-growing developers in the country. Initially launching two projects, it set a strong foundation for growth. Renamed Alveo Land Corp., inspired by the Latin word "salveo," meaning "to be well," the company continues to lead the industry in designing communities for living well.

By 2012, Alveo celebrated its 10th anniversary with the launch of Sequoia, the final tower of the Two Serendra project in Taguig City. This property, initiated in 2003, stands as a testament to Alveo’s commitment to quality and innovation in real estate. Fast forward to 2022, the company now boasts over 70 projects across 13 locations nationwide.

Sought-after communities 

Sereneo, a name formed from "serene" and "new," is Alveo’s sixth development in Nuvali, featuring 415 lots within a 41-hectare subdivision. The neighborhood prioritizes spaciousness and greenery with a sprawling 3-hectare central park and a 2-hectare park system. All lots are located within a 200-meter radius of a park or open space. Sereneo generated nearly P1.5 billion in year-to-date reservation sales.

This community features a multi-pavilion clubhouse strategically positioned in the development’s central park. Situated on a hilltop with splendid views is an impressive 770 sqm. pool complex, the largest pool amenity within Nuvali. Typical lots measure 275 square meters.

For Caleia, this 28-hectare subdivision with 540 lots has recorded almost P2 billion in year-to-date sales. Alveo advances its design approach for Caleia, providing over 3 hectares of greenery and well-thought-out amenities.

Caleia welcomes its residents with an expansive 1,700 square meter park entrance, leading to a 20-meter-wide, tree-lined main road. Additionally, the multi-structure, Zen-inspired clubhouse is built on the 2.5-hectare central park, featuring a 550 sqm. pool complex, veranda pavilion, and lounge. Typical lots measure 250 square meters.

As Alveo expands its presence and pioneers innovation, it upholds its reputation for quality and excellence, establishing new standards and making substantial contributions to the nation’s urban environment.

Reflecting on Alveo’s strategic expansion, Jugo highlighted other key developments, saying, “It’s also important to highlight two projects: Park East Place in BGC, our fastest-selling condo today. When it was launched last June, we generated P7 billion. Also, Parklinks in C-5 Pasig is our greenest property, with 65 percent dedicated to open spaces.”

Other notable projects contributing to Alveo's robust portfolio include: Nuveo at Cerca in Alabang/Las Piñas, the second mid-rise condo offering in Alveo’s 6.6-hectare Cerca district, situated in a growing corridor. Centrala in Angeles, Pampanga, is a 35-hectare master-planned business district. Evo City South District in Kawit, Cavite, is a 200-hectare central business district, with the latest phase dedicated to commercial lots.
