CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – The Police Regional Office-13 is providing free water to police personnel affected by the water crisis here.

PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Alan M. Nazarro has ordered the heads of various divisions and offices in this camp to allow affected personnel to fetch water from available resources.
The city council passed Sangguniang Panglungsod Resolution No. 238-2024 dated May 21, 2024 placing this city under a state of calamity due to the crisis as a result of prolonged drought and reduced rainfall in the Taguibo Watershed, the primary water source of the Butuan City Water District.
“Every member of this command should be given free access to water, especially affected police personnel,” Nazarro said.
“We will extend necessary assistance to our crisis-affected personnel to ensure their well-being and of their respective family.”
The newly appointed PRO-13 chief vowed to prioritize the morale and welfare of Caraga lawmen during his tenure.
