Seafront Resources Corporation, a holding company with an oil exploration and production business, announces notice regarding its Regular Annual Meeting for stockholders. The meeting will be held virtually on June 20, 2024, at 3:30 PM, and stockholders must register at https://www.seafrontresources.com.ph/#!/Investor-Relations until June 6 to participate.

Submission of proxy forms should be submitted to the Office of the Corporate Secretary or via email at [email protected].
