Drug suspect arrested during 'Oplan Galugad' in Pasay City

A drug suspect was arrested by members of the Pasay City police Substation 7 during the conduct of "Oplan Galugad" on Tuesday, May 21.

Pasay City Police Chief Col. Mario Mayames identified the suspect as alias Mart, 25, a resident of Saint Elena St., Barangay 186, Maricaban, Pasay City, who was arrested at around 3:30 a.m.

Mayames said members of Substation 7 conducted "Oplan Galugad" targeting Barangay 186 as part of their campaign against illegal drugs.

Recovered from the suspect were 15 plastic sachets containing about 6.8 grams of shabu worth P43,420.00.

The suspect was detained at the police custodial facility after his arrest and was charged for illegal possession of drugs.
