Lamudi brings Filipinos closer to home ownership, takes Property Fair to Cebu soon

After a successful wrap at the TriNoma Activity Center in Quezon City, Lamudi takes its much-awaited Property Fair to Cebu. The country’s top developers get the chance to showcase their projects, connect with property seekers, and help Filipinos find their dream homes.

Lamudi Property Fair 2024 recently wrapped up its three-day run at the TriNoma Activity Center, Quezon City. The expo ran from Friday, May 3, to Sunday, May 5. Home seekers had access to exclusive deals, discounts, and promos by the event’s developer partners.

“Lamudi has always been about helping Filipino families find their dream homes. We are grateful to our partner developers for presenting a variety of properties that cater to all budgets and lifestyles,” Lamudi Philippines Associate Director for Brand Marketing Carlo Rosales said about the property fair.

The property expo remains free for all so attendees can ask insightful questions, filter their options, and seek out the best deals to bring them closer to the ultimate goal of homeownership.

Lamudi works closely with the country’s top developers to present a diverse range of options for property seekers. RLC Residences and the Ayala Land Group were platinum sponsors of the event. Meanwhile, the expo’s gold sponsors were Aboitiz Land, PH1 World Developers, and Filinvest Alabang.

Attendees win big and bring home sleek new appliances
The Lamudi Property Fair 2024 showcased different property types, such as condominiums, houses and lots, and foreclosed properties, in key cities across the country. The three-day event also featured fun daily events and raffles for everyone who registered for free and participated in the expo.

From photo booths to spinning wheel games, each booth prepared something special for event attendees. Nine winners across the three days won two Ayala Museum tickets each, courtesy of the Ayala Land Group. Of course, Lamudi Philippines also prepared big prizes at the daily raffles.

Bringing Cebu property seekers closer to their home options

So where is the Lamudi Property Fair 2024 going next?
Key insights from Lamudi’s 2023 Real Estate Hotspots Unwrapped showed a rising interest among condo buyers in Cebu. The Queen City of the South’s improving infrastructure is also getting the attention of property seekers. With this in mind, Lamudi Property Fair is returning to Cebu this August 16 to 18, 2024, a much-awaited comeback since the successful two-day expo in 2019. 

Lamudi’s last property fair in Cebu featured various developers including Federal Land, King Properties, Aboitiz Land, BPI Family Housing Loan, and DMCI Homes. This year, more developers are participating in the event to help property seekers find their dream home and streamline their buying journey.
