Bacoor LGU, Mayor Revilla, honored at 2024 Excellent Filipino Awards

The local government unit (LGU) of Bacoor and Mayor Strike B. Revilla were recognized at the 2024 Excellent Filipino Awards on Sunday, May 19, at the Manila Hotel.

The city government was hailed as the National Outstanding Local Government Unit, based on implemented programs and projects.

Revilla, meanwhile, was honored as the National Outstanding Mayor of the Year.

In a Facebook post, the mayor expressed gratitude for the award-giving body and said he is humbled and honored by the recognition.

“This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team,” Revilla stated.

According to the award-giving body’s Facebook page, the Excellent Filipino Awards pay tribute to outstanding individuals and groups who demonstrate the highest level of excellence, deliver exceptional services, and embrace best practices and innovation.
