New PRO-11 chief assumes office, vows to uphold Marbil directives


DAVAO CITY – The Philippine National Police has appointed a new Police Regional Office-11 chief following the retirement of Police Brig. Gen. Alden Delvo recently.

Police Brig. Gen. Aligre Lamsen Martinez, during his inauguration on April 26, vowed to uphold the strategic directives set by Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil.

Martinez emphasized a collaborative approach to combating drug issues, engaging multiple sectors beyond law execution, and stressed the significance of police intelligence in tackling the matter.

He urged PRO-11 personnel to enhance their leadership skills, knowledge, and professionalism and be better at enforcing laws, keeping order, and fighting crimes.

Martinez asked support from personnel of the PRO-11 to  achieve his plans and initiatives.

The PRO-11 welcomed Martinez and vowed to support his aspirations and plans for the region.

Presidential Assistant for Eastern Mindanao Leo Tereso Magno welcomed Martinez to the region.

Martinez paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Eastern Mindanao on April 30.

He vowed to enhance police visibility in the region by implementing initiatives and projects to ensure their constant presence.

Magno congratulated Martinez and PRO-11 and said the PNP is doing everything passionately to serve and protect the people.
