Mayor Honey reminds Manileñas of Miss Manila application deadline on May 3

Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan reminded the interested ManileÃ±as that they only have until Friday, May 3, to file their application for Miss Manila.

Lacuna-Pangan said the deadline will not be extended.

She reiterated that the competition is open for single women aged 18 to 30 and a resident in the city.

"She (applicant) must also embody the values of empowerment and leadership," she added.

The mayor also issued a step-by-step guide to becoming a candidate of Miss Manila 2024.

She said the applicants must first record themselves while they answer the question, "What Makes A Woman Of Worth Ultimately Beautiful?"

The videos must be uploaded on TikTok with the hashtags #MissManilaUltimatelyBeautiful and #MissManila2024.

Applicants will also have to register and fill out the application form at http://missmanila.ph, providing all necessary information and requirements.

The local chief executive said the applicant should wait for the city government's acceptance letter so she could proceed to the next stage of the qualification process.
