The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) held fifty-nine (59) Community Outreach Programs in the City from May 9 to 16.
The District Community Affairs and Development Division (DCADD), District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB), Police Stations 1 to 16 SCADS, and various advocacy support groups successfully held different activities and programs in the city.
A total of 3,803 QCitizens were able to participate in the activities such as lectures and medical missions.

The lectures were about the Community Anti-Terrorism Awareness (CATA), the Buhay Ingatan, Droga'y Ayawan (BIDA) Program/Drug Awareness, Crime Prevention Safety Tips, the Safe Spaces Act, Bomb Awareness, Anti-Bullying, R.A. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children), and the Kapulisan Simbahan at Mamamayanan (KASIMBAYANAN).
Participants also received food packs and hot meals during the event.
The initiatives sought to enhance the community skills, knowledge, and understanding to achieve a more holistic and values-oriented transformation.
“Together, we can continue to create a safer, more resilient, and inclusive community for everyone,” QCPD Director PBGEN Redrico Maranan said in a statement.
