People received free haircut from the Philippine Army and free body massage by the Evegate Technical Development Training Academy Inc.
Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Jil Bongalon said that patients received laboratory examinations and free medicines and Persons with Disabilities were provided free wheelchairs.

People of San Jacinto rely on fishing and agriculture as their livelihood. It takes at least two hours by boat to reach Masbate City and the town of Bulan in Sorsogon where hospitals and laboratories are located.
