Nazarro assumed the position on Thursday afternoon, May 16. in a turnover ceremony in this camp presided over by Police Gen. Rommel Francisco D. Marbil.
Nazarro, a member of the Philippine National Police Academy Tagapagkalinga Class of 1991 and a former director of the Highway Patrol Group, vowed to lead the PRO-13 to the best of his ability.
“I pledge to elevate PNP-Caraga to new heights and be the leader the Caraganons deserve – a leader who motivates, inspires, and lead by example,” he said.
“I need the support and cooperation of every police officer in the region to combat crimes and illegal activities,” Nazarro added.
“With your help, we can achieve significant progress and set the stage for continued success in police operations, investigation, and police-community relations, among others.”
Nazarro thanked President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and the PNP leadership for giving him the chance to serve the people of Caraga and PRO-13.
Marbil thanked Kraft for his service and expressed optimism that Nazarro will sustain the achievements of PRO-13.
