Manhunt on vs gunman who killed security agency owner in Caloocan
The Northern Police District (NPD) is hunting down the gunman who shot dead the owner of a security agency in Caloocan City last Tuesday, May 14.
The Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) described the suspect as having a medium build, around 5’4” to 5’6” tall, and wearing a dark long-sleeve shirt and a black bonnet.
According to the police investigation, the victim, Jeffrey Talisayin, was inside the security agency he owned in Camarin, Caloocan City, at around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday when the suspect appeared and pretended to be a security guard applicant.
A witness said the suspect suddenly shot the victim in the head with an unknown caliber of gun, killing him on the spot.
The suspect fled, while authorities recovered two fired cartridge cases and one fired bullet at the crime scene.
Authorities said that a follow-up operation is ongoing to arrest the suspect.
