Besides a broad offering of internal combustion engine models, TVS Motor is making the move towards more sustainable motorcycles with the addition of the iQube electric scooter.

Unveiled at the Makina Motoshow, the iQube S features futuristic design akin to similar new energy two-wheelers. It comes with powerful LED headlamps and bright turn signals for enhanced visibility and safety. Riders get a seven-inch TFT cluster with an intuitive five-way joystick for easy interaction. It also comes with music control, theme personalization, proactive notifications and much more. 

It's also quite practical with a large 32-liter storage space under the seat. Baggage hooks are installed for further utility. It’s designed to fit all kinds of riders with a wide floorboard and a long and wide seat.

Powering the iQube S is powered is a 4.6 kW hub-mounted motor that allows it accelerate from 0-40 km/h in just 4.2 seconds, and.reach a top speed of 78 km/h. It comes with two Li-Ion battery packs with a total capacity of 3.4 kWh, giving it a real-world range of 100-km per charge.

When the battery is low, it comes with a 650 W portable carry along charger. It works with any 5-amp household socket to make home charging very convenient and affordable. This can charge the battery from 0-80% in 4.5 hours.

The TVS iQube is an electric scooter that’s designed to last. It is IP-67 compliant providing strong resistance to water and dust exposure. It can also receive OTA updates to further improve its onboard software.

It’s also designed to pair up with the rider’s mobile device. The iQube comes with the TVS SMARTXONNECT platform that can be connected with the dedicated TVS Connect app. Once paired, it can display real-time battery status, ride statistics and enables music control while riding using the HMI interface. The Alexa skillset allows the use of voice commands to access information. The platform also ensures 100% vehicle wellness through proactive diagnosis and timely service alerts given on the dashboard. It can not only receive incoming calls and SMS alerts but also social media app notifications. It also has geofencing, QPark assist, infinity theme personalization features.

The TVS iQube is part of TVS Motor’s efforts to reduces carbon footprint but also offer superior performance and style.
