Jemalyn Menor and the Junior Altas crowned themselves as the champions in the second edition of the girls category of the country’s oldest collegiate league.

As expected, Menor led the Junior Altas girls offensively while Sherrie Acosta, Jaja San Juan, Ashlee Buenaventura, Jasmine Monte and Janine Espiritu provided ample support.

Perpetual's head coach Jason Sapin was all smiles after their title win.

“I saw in them the determination to win and become champions as they didn't let go until the 5th set,” Sapin said.

“Then I told them, let's not let the series go to Game 3, we have Game 1,” he added.

The individual awards along with podium finishers in the boys and girls division will be held on Sunday, May 19, which is also the Finals Game one of the men’s volleyball.
