CLARK, Pampanga – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Central Luzon seized almost two kilos of imported kush or high-grade marijuana valued at P3.1 million on Monday, May 13, in Antipolo City, Rizal.
The recipient, Zintaro Uy, 23, was arrested in a controlled delivery operation in Sitio Pantayanin, Pinagsamahan St., Barangay Dela Paz, Antipolo City.

The PDEA-Central Luzon said the contraband was shipped from the United States and arrived at the Port of Clark last May 9.
"The illegal drugs were contained in four plastic pouches and were declared as hooded sweat shirts. The suspect was aware about the content of the parcels and did not resist arrest when collared by the operating teams," PDEA-Central Luzon said.
The operation was backed by Bureau of Customs-Port of Clark, PDEA Special Project Team, and other law enforcement units.
Uy faces a non-bailable case for violation of Section 4 (importation of dangerous drugs) of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
