68 wanted persons arrested in Cordillera

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – Police arrested 68 wanted persons in the Cordillera region from May 5 to 11.

The Police Regional Office-Cordillera said the Baguio City Police Office nabbed 26, followed by the Benguet Police Provincial Office with 14; Apayao PPO with 10; Kalinga PPO with eight; Ifugao PPO with four, and Abra PPO and Mountain Province PPO with three each.

Zero crime incidents were recorded in 22 municipalities in Abra, 10 each in Ifugao and Mountain Province, six in Benguet, five in Kalinga, and four in Apayao during the week.

Out of the 10 police stations in Baguio City, the Naguilian Police Station 1, Loakan Police Station 4, and Aurora Hill Police Station 6 also recorded zero crime incidents.
