K-pop idol group BTS member RM’s pre-released song “Come back to me” topped iTunes worldwide.
The song by RM, who is currently serving in the military, was dropped on May 10 ahead the release of his second solo album “Right Place, Wrong Person” on May 24.
According to Big Hit Music, BTS’ agency, “Comeback to me” topped iTunes’ Top Songs charts in 82 countries and regions, including Germany, France, Philippines, Japan, and Brazil, by 9 a.m. KST on May 11.

As of May 10, “Come back to me” also topped the Worldwide iTunes Song and European iTunes Song charts.
Along with the song, a music video was released on May 10. It has garnered 5.17 million views and ranked seventh on Trending on music on YouTube as of this writing.
‘Comeback to Me’ means ‘everything comes back. It is an indie pop genre song that conveys the message, “It may not be everything.”
“‘Right Place, Wrong Person’ is an 11-track album that captures some of the universal emotions that we all experience at some point in life, such as the feeling of being an outsider who doesn’t fit in,” Big Hit Music said.
RM enlisted in the military on Dec. 11 last year and will be discharged on June 10, 2025. All BTS members are serving in the military.
