'Lovely Runner' star Byeon Woo-seok to hold fan meeting

Rising Korean actor Byeon Woo-seok, who is starring in the drama “Lovely Runner,” will be holding his first Asia fan meeting.

Byeon Woo-seok has gained more popularity through “Lovely Runner” in which he is playing the lead together with actress Kim Hye-yoon (“Snowdrop,” “Extraordinary You”).

The actor, who is about 6’2” in height, will hold his “2024 Byeon Woo-seok Asia Fanmeeting Tour: Summer Letter” starting in June.

His agency, Varo Entertainment, announced to Korean media that the fan meeting tour will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, Bangkok, Thailand, Seoul and Hong Kong.

On May 9, Byeon Woo-seok opened his account on the Weverse fan community.

“Lovely Runner” premiered on tvN on April 8 and since its release, Byeon Woo-seok has added more followers on his Instagram account.

According to analytics website Social Blade, Byeon Woo-seok’s Instagram added 2.43 million followers in the past 30 days from April 10 to May 9.

As of this writing, Byeon Woo-seok has 7.4 million Instagram followers.

Due to his popularity, Byeon Woo-seok ranked first in Rankify’s domestic drama male actor trend index in South Korea

Byeon Woo-seok took first place with 131,539 points as of the first week of May, up 40,959 points from the previous week..

He beat Park Sung-hoon to take first place. The trend index is calculated by adding keyword search volume and Google trend score of the previous week.
