Sea turtle found dead in Quezon

ATIMONAN, Quezon â€“ The remains of a leatherback sea turtle was found in the seashore of Barangay Caridad Ibaba here on Labor Day.

The Municipal Agriculture Office said the sea turtle was carried away by the waves to the area.

The reptile which was already in an advanced state of decomposition was immediately buried.

The MAO reminded the people here to inform them if they find stranded animals for prompt action.
