P100,000 bounty for gunmen of former SK chair in Ilocos Sur

VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur â€“ The provincial government of Ilocos Sur and the city government of Vigan have offered a P100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the gunmen of former Sangguniang Kabataan chairman Marionne Tugade.

Police said informants may contact cellphone numbers 09178607316 or 09989682940.

Lawmen are conducting follow-up investigation and reviewing surveillance cameras here to identify the suspects.

Tugade, 28, was shot dead on Quirino Boulevard, Barangay 6, this city on board his car on April 8.

The victim is a son of former Caoayan Mayor Mario Tugade and a resident of Barangay Don Alejandro Querolgico, Caoayan.

He was killed by gunmen onboard a motorcycle as he had just celebrated his 28th birth anniversary.
