Max Collins recently revealed her plan to legally pursue the dissolution of her marriage to estranged husband Pancho Magno.
“It’s not active as of now, but soon,” she told “24 Oras.”
The actress maintained Pancho is aware of the same.
“We already talked about it,” she related. “So that’s something we’re working on.”
Though divorce is not recognized here, Max could file it in the US as a Filipino-American.

Max and Pancho tied the knot in 2017.
Last year, Max made public their separation following prolonged silence.
According to Max, she kept mum on the matter to avoid turning their situation into a circus.
Although open to falling in love again, Max admitted she has lost faith in the idea of marriage.
“I don’t believe in marriage. I mean, I don’t personally… I think for me, hindi 'yun 'yung basehan of what love means. You can still love each other and be together without being married. (But) even if you marry each other, that doesn’t mean you’ll be together forever.”
Max and Pancho have agreed to a co-parenting set-up relating their child, Skye.
“It really works for us,” she said. “It’s been very healthy and we’re both happy and our son is very happy.”
Pancho is yet to comment on the matter.
