A sweet escape indeed!

Celebrity couple Gerald Anderson and Julia Barreto got some cute couples' day exploring Japan.

In an Instagram post, Gerald visited his girlfriend Julia while shooting her film in Japan with Carlo Aquino. In the series of photos, the two can be seen enjoying each other's company, before Julia heads back to her work.

"JP," he captioned the post.  

Julia and Carlo will reunite via the movie, "Hold Me Close" directed by Jason Paul Laxamana.

Earlier this month, Viva announced the shooting of the film has commenced after posting photos on their social media pages.

Joining Julia and Carlo in the film are Jairus Aquino and Migo Valid. This will be the second movie of Julia and Carlo, after "Expensive Candy" in 2022.
