Caloocan gov't to hold 'Hand-Holding Caravan' for cooperatives

The local government of Caloocan City announced on Thursday, April 4, that they will conduct a one-stop-shop "Hand Holding Caravan" for small and micro cooperatives on Friday, April 5.

The caravan will be held at the Amparo Nature Park, North Caloocan City from 8 a.m, to 5 p.m.
The caravan aims to assist cooperatives in getting their Certificate of Compliance (COC) that they need to submit to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).
The city’s Cooperative Development and Coordinating Division will lead the event.

It added that interested participants must bring the following requirements: Cooperative Annual Progress Report (CARP), Performance Audit Report (PAR), Social Audit Report (SAR), List of Offices and Training Attended (LOTA), Meditation and Conciliation Reports (semestral ending June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2023), and Books of accounts and records of receipt and disbursements or reports that can draw their financial statements for the year 2023.
