Marikina to hold Labor Day Job Fair

Following the success of its April 27 job fair, the Marikina City local government announced that it will hold another job fair on Labor Day, May 1.

The "Labor Day Job Fair" will be held at SM Marikina from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

"Sa pamamagitan ng proyektong ito na magkatuwang na itinataguyod ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Marikina at SM City Marikina, muling maipaglalapit ang mga indibidwal na naghahanap ng trabaho at mga kompanya at negosyong nangangailangan ng empleyado (Through this joint project of the Marikina City local government and SM City Marikina, job seekers will have more access to companies and businesses in need of workers)," the city government said.

Marikina City Mayor Marcy Teodoro said the Labor Day Job Fair is a good opportunity for those who were not able to attend the Job Fair 2024 or were not hired during the event.

Filipinos 18 years old and above who are high school graduates, college level, or college graduates are qualified to join the job fair. Applicants are urged to bring multiple copies of their resume or bio-data and ballpen.
