PAGASA: Stay indoors if possible as hot weather persists
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday, April 28 advised the public to stay indoors if possible due to the hot and humid weather.

In PAGASA’s 4 a.m. public broadcast, weather specialist Grace Castañeda advised the public to limit time spent outdoors if necessary to avoid heat-related issues.
If this is not possible, bringing an umbrella or hat is recommended, she said.
She also advised the public to stay hydrated.
Over the next 24 hours, PAGASA said the entire country may have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies or the warm winds from the Pacific Ocean.
It warned the public of flash floods or landslides that may occur during severe thunderstorms.
