According to the city government, it has already prepared seven rescue vehicles  for deployment in case of qn influx of stranded commuters during the strike.

Malabon Public Safety and Transport Management Office (PSTMO) Chief Ret. Col. Reynaldo Medina Jr. said vehicles will only be dispatched if it will be needed to ferry commuters for free and once the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) issues clearance for their deployment.

They will assign more than 80 personnel in different areas of the city to manage traffic and ensure safety on Malabon's roads.

Drivers and operators of tricycles and padyak will also continue traveling along the roads to bring commuters to their destinations in Malabon.

"Kahit na walang naibalitang stranded na pasahero nitong nakaraang transport strike, tayo pa rin ay mananatiling nakahanda upang masigurong hindi maabala at mahihirapan ang mga Malabueñong nangangailangan ng masasakyan sa panibagong strike nagagawin ng mga transport groups. Huwag po kayong mag-atubiling makipagugnayan sa pamahalang lungsod kung kayo man ay mahihirapang sumakay at siguradong kami ay aagad na tutulong sa inyo (Even though no stranded passengers have been reported in this past transport strike, we will still remain prepared to ensure that Malabueños who need rides will not be disturbed or inconvenienced by another strike by transport groups. Do not hesitate to contact the city administration if you have any difficulty getting on board and we are sure to help you immediately),” Mayor Jeannie Sandoval said.
