It was a touching family tribute to the grand "Bossing" of "Eat Bulaga" Vic Sotto (who incidentally celebrates his birthday today, April 28). As Vic's kids and prominent members of the Sotto clan gave song numbers that left him teary-eyed, hibernating actress Kristine Hermosa was teased for being the most emotional of the bunch. 

Kristine and her husband, Oyo Boy Sotto, sang the Beatles' "In My Life" during Eat Bulaga's advance birthday celebration for Vic last April 20. Kristine, who is giving birth to her sixth child with Oyo Boy in September, explained why she was on the verge of crying during the show, and it's not because of her pregnancy.

"Sinasabi nga ni Dad (Vic) na because I'm pregnant, maybe it's also one factor, pero hindi. Ever since naman pagdating kay Dad, nagiging emotional lang talaga ako," Kristine explained.

(Dad said it's maybe because I'm pregnant. It may be one factor, but not really. Ever since, when it comes to Dad, I get emotional.)

"Nagiging emotional ako every time I wanna say something na medyo personal kay Dad," she admitted. "Kasi nga, grabe lang talaga siya magmahal. Napakalaki ng puso ni Dad para sa lahat ng anak niya and even I'm sure ramdam  naman ang lahat ng tao talaga kung gaano kalaki ang puso nya."

(He has such a big heart. He loves all his children very much and I am sure they all feel how big his heart is.)

"Bilang ako na hindi naman talaga kadugo, I've witnessed it sa family nila kung paano siya magpatawad, kung paano siya magmahal. He just chooses to love kahit na ano pa yung nararamdaman niya, isasantabi niya yan.Dahil ganun lang talaga siya. And doon ko nakikita kung gaano rin yung pagmamahal sa atin ni God." Kristine further revealed.

(Even if I'm not directly related by blood, I've witnessed how he forgives and loves. He just chooses to love and sets aside all negative feelings because that's how he is. I see in him how God loves us.)

Kristine added that she feels lucky her husband shares the same qualities as her celebrity father-in-law. "Very patient sila. Syempre, tao lang tayo, may mga times na mauubusan ka ng pasensya. Pero pag may ginusto sila, mapursigi sila. Napaka-maalaga sa pamilya. Napaka-mapagmahal. Lagi nilang nilalagay sa unahan ang family."

(They're very patient, even though there are times when we lose patience because we're only human. When they want something, they pursue it. They're both loving and take care of the family well. They put the welfare of the family first.)

Kristine's five children with Oyo Boy are Kristian Daniel, 15; Ondrea Bliss, 12; Kaleb Hanns, 9; Marvic Valentin, 7; and Vittorio Isaac, 2 years old. She said she doesn't know yet the gender of her coming baby.

The pretty actress has not been seen in a movie in seven years. She said she would consider acting again if there was a "worthy" project.

"Ayoko kasing gumawa ng ano-ano lang. If gagawa ako, something that's worth it naman. Worth my time. Tapos syempre may iiwanan ang mga anak ko. Yung ganun. Basta yung magandang project. Yung may katuturan," Kristine said.

(I don't want to do a so-so project. It should be worth it. And there should be arrangements so I can leave my children. Things like that. It should be a good project and has meaning.)

She bared that she and Oyo Boy were even open to her and former flame, Jericho Rosales, who was starring in a movie again.

"Wala namang problema sa kanya. Kung gusto ko, susuportahan naman nya yan. Basta it depends. I need to see everything muna. Talagang i-filter ko muna lahat. Kung worth it naman ang gagawin namin. Hindi yung masabi lang na may ginawa together," she closed.

(There's no problem with him. If I like to, he will support it. I need to see everything first. I will filter everything. I will do it if it's worth it, not just for doing a movie together with Jericho.)
