Hot, humid weather to persist in most of the Philippines due to easterlies
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday, April 27, said hot and humid weather will persist in most of the entire country due to the easterlies.

In PAGASA’s latest public broadcast, weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said hotter temperatures will be recorded at noon time until the afternoon.
“Kung maaari iwasan pa rin natin iyong outdoor activities para maibsan iyong or mabawasan ang tyansa ng panganib ng heat stroke sa ating mga katawan (If possible, avoid outdoor activities to relieve or lessen the chance of having heat stroke),” Villamil said.
Meanwhile, over the next 24 hours, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country may have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned the public of flash floods or landslides that may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Based on PAGASA’s extended weather outlook from April 28 to 29, the actual air temperatures in some key areas will be 26–36°C in Metro Manila, 26-37°C in Tuguegarao City, 26-33°C in Legazpi City, 17–26°C in Baguio City, 27–33°C in Metro Cebu, 27–33°C in Iloilo City, 25–33°C in Tacloban City, 26–33°C in Metro Davao, 25–34°C in Zamboanga City, and 24–33°C in Cagayan de Oro City.
