Here's where to find eco-initiatives in Taguig

Bonifacio Global City launches 'Green Street'

If you’re looking for eco-initiatives to support this Earth Month, BGC kicked off “Green Street” today, April 27 at De Jesus Oval.

In partnership with McDonald’s, the effort features “Trade Trash to Play,” “Sustainability Partners Expo,” and “Free Workshop on Bottle Cutting and Up-Cycling,” where people can teach recycling to children, buy eco-friendly products, and learn about upcycling.

BGC encourages bringing PET bottles, tin cans, scratch papers, and cardboard for reprocessing.

Today, the initiatives are open “until after 6 p.m.,” and for the succeeding weeks, they will run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
