Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela graduates pass Civil Engineers Licensure Exam

Sixty-one graduates of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (PLV) have passed the April 2024 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination, the city government announced on Friday, April 26.

The graduates have produced a new record for PLV for producing 61 passers in a single examination.

According to the former mayor, now the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) secretary Rex Gatchalian, 18 of the passers made ValACE their review area. 

“As a side story, 18 of these passers made ValACE, our library, their base of review. They would study there till closing hours at 12:00 AM!,” he said in a social media post. 

“Indeed, ValACE has become more than a public library, it's where dreams are actually made,” he added. 

PLV recorded 60.40 % institutional passing rate and 38.32% national passing rate.
