PhilHealth notifies members of system downtime on April 27-28

The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) informed the public of a scheduled system downtime that would affect several online application systems this weekend.

In an advisory issued on Thursday, April 25, the downtime will take place between Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28 at 6 p.m.

PhilHealth said during this period, online application systems, such as the Member Portal, Electronic Premium Remittance System (EPRS), Health Care Institution (HCI) Portal, eClaims Submission, Electronic PhilHealth Acknowledgement Receipt (ePAR), Electronic Collection Reporting System (ECRS), and Electronic Group Enrollment (Egroup) will be inaccessible.

It asked for public understanding regarding the inconvenience caused by this system downtime.

Users are encouraged to plan accordingly and utilize alternative methods or resources during the specified period, PhilHealth said.
