The Pateros municipal government announced it has shifted to the new office hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is based on Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Resolution 24-08 Series of 2024 and Municipal Ordinance No. 07-2024.

Metro Manila mayors signed the MMDA resolution adjusting the working hours in local government units in the National Capital Region to 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to alleviate heavy traffic during peak hours.
“Sa bisa ng MMDA Resolution # 24-08 series of 2024 at Municipal Ordinance # 07-2024 series of 2024, simula noong ika - 15 ng Abril, 2024, ang pasok ng mga empleyado sa Pamahalaang Bayan ng Pateros ay 7:00 ng umaga hanggang 4:00 ng hapon (By virtue of MMDA Resolution #24-08 series of 2024 and Municipal Ordinance # 07-2024 series of 2024, starting on April 15, 2024, the office hours of employees at the Pateros Municipal Government is from 7 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon),” the Pateros municipal government announced on April 26.
It said excluded in the new work hours are health workers in health centers, who will work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and employees of the Pateros Traffic Enforcement Unit (PTEU), Pateros Business District Administration Office (PBDAO) and street sweepers.
The municipal government said this change is being done in Metro Manila to answer the call of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to implement ways to ease traffic in the NCR.
