New heads of PNP-ACG, Davao region named in first revamp under Marbil


Four senior officials of the Philippine National Police (PNP) were given new assignments in the first reorganization involving top officials under Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil.

In the order that took effect on Friday, April 26, Maj. Gen. Sidney Hernia was named as the new head of the Directorate for Personnel and Records Management (DPRM). He replaced Police Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay.

Hernia’s position as director of the PNP-Anticybercrime Group (ACG) was assumed by Brig. Gen. Ronnie Cariaga while Police Brig. Gen. Aligre Martinez will be the acting regional director of the Police Regional Office (PRO) 11 (Davao).

Martinez will replace Police Brig. Gen. Alden Delvo.

On the other hand, Police Col. Aden Lagradante will be the Officer-In-Charge of the PNP Command Center, which is under the Directorate for Operations.
