Fire hits commercial warehouse in Bulacan

A fire broke out in a commercial warehouse at Doña Remedios Trinidad (DRT) Highway, Barangay Sta. Barbara in Baliuag City, Bulacan on Wednesday morning, April 24. 

According to a radio report, the fire was raised to second alarm at 11:39 a.m,. and escalated to third alarm at 11:46 a.m.

The blaze was raised to fourth alarm at 11:56 a.m. 

According to F01 Kyla Cassandra Reyes of Baliwag City Bureau of Fire Protection, the fire was declared under control at 4:00 p.m. 

Firefighters are still in the area to ensure that the fire will not rekindle.

The BFP trucks from Obando also responded as well as the BFP penetrator from San Juan City. 

Local authorities are urging residents to avoid the area to give way to first responders.
