Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas LGUs announce class schedule adjustment

The local governments of Caloocan, Malabon, and Navotas Cities announced on Wednesday, April 24, that class schedules for April 25-26 have been adjusted due to the high heat index in the country.

The Caloocan City government stated that all levels in public and private schools will continue their asynchronous or blended learning on Thursday, April 25.
The Schools Division Office of Malabon City announced that asynchronous classes shall be conducted on April 25-26 in all public schools in the city.

Private school administrators have the discretion to decide on their class schedules.
Navotas City Mayor Johnrey Tiangco also declared the suspension of face-to-face classes in all levels from pre-school to college in public and private schools on April 25-26.

The city government reminded students to stay hydrated to avoid possible heat stroke and other complications due to rising temperatures.
