The city government of Parañaque conducted a “Todo Arngakada Bakuna” motorcade on Monday, April 22, at the city hall grounds as part of the "Chikiting Ligtas” campaign of the Department of Health (DOH).

Parañaque Mayor Eric Olivarez said the City Health Office under Dr. Olga Virtusio reported that a total of 13,000 children have already been given immunization against polio, rubella and measles.

The city government is conducting immunization in private and public hospitals, SM City Malls vaccination site, and health centers for children aged 0 to 59 months old.

Barangay health workers also conduct house-to-house vaccination for children.

Olivarez said the CHO will hold immunization for children at the City Employees Clinic in Parañaque City Hall.

He is urging parents to bring their children aged 0 to 59 months old to their nearest barangay health centers for immunization to protect them from diseases like polio, rubella and measles.
