The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Monday, April 22, said 1,337 out of 1,758 examinees, or 76 percent, passed the April 2024 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination (REBLE).

John Joseph Zosa Kagatan of the University of Mindanao-Davao City was the top scorer in the April 2024 REBLE with an average of 92.25 percent.
The April 2024 REBLE was administered by the Board of Real Estate Service, headed by Ofelia C. Binag and members Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag.


The examination was held on April 18 in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban.
Top performing schools
Based on the Commission Resolution No. 2017-1058 (C) series of 2017, the top-performing schools in the April 2024 REBLE are the Information and Communication Technology Academy (iACADEMY) and the University of Cebu (UC).

The iACADEMY achieved a passing percentage of 94.83 percent, with 55 out of 58 examinees from the university passing the REBLE.
Meanwhile, UC achieved a passing percentage of 80.95 percent, with 68 out of 84 takers who graduated from the educational institution passing the REBLE.

Oathtaking
Successful examinees interested in participating in the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register no later than noon on the day preceding the scheduled oath-taking date. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
For those unable to attend the mass oath-taking, the option to join the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking is available. The schedule will be posted on the official website once confirmed.
To schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph, choose "e-OATH" as the transaction.
Online registration will close five calendar days before the online oath-taking day.
Furthermore, inductees must print the "Oath of Professional" form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, inductees should proceed with the Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
