P2-M shabu seized in Pampanga


CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – Authorities intercepted suspected shabu worth more than P2 million and apprehended five drug pushers in buy-bust operations here and Angeles City, this province, on Saturday, April 20.

Police Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr., Police Regional Office-3 chief, said two suspects were arrested by the Angeles City Drug Enforcement Unit of the Angeles City Police Office on Kalayaan Road in Barangay Cutcut, Angeles City. Seized from the suspects Tonio and Boyong were 55 grams of shabu valued at P374,000.

Two individuals, Louie and Koko, were caught by the San Fernando City Police Station in Barangay Del Pilar here. The suspects yielded 215 grams of shabu with an estimated value of P1.4 million.

Fahdel, a tricycle driver, was caught with 90 grams of shabu worth P612,000 in Barangay San Isidro, this city.

The suspects face drug-related charges.
