All living centenarians (or those who are at least 100 years old) in Taguig receive P100,000 yearly on their birthday.
Through Taguig's Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), senior citizens in the city get birthday cash gifts ranging from P3,000 to P10,000 depending on their age brackets based on Ordinance No. 25 that was passed in 2017.
“Happy Birthday to our 3 Centenarians! They received P100,000 cash gift from our government. This is a thank you and a way to make them feel our love for our centenarian Taguigueño),” the mayor posted on Facebook.
