TUBA, Benguet – Three persons were killed and three were injured after the Sports Utility Vehicle they were riding in plunged into a ravine in Sitio Begis, Barangay Taloy Sur, this town, on Saturday, April 20.

Police identified the victims as Jasper Marcuap, driver; his father Rodolfo, and Ian, 10, all residents of Candelaria, Quezon.
Their relatives, Kristel, 38; Jonathan, and Kieffer, 5, were injured and taken to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center in Baguio City.
Police here said the accident occurred around 4 a.m. on Marcos Highway while the victims were on their way to this city.
Initial investigation said Jasper lost control of the vehicle which crashed into a road signage before falling off a 100-meter-deep ravine.
