After a lackluster performance in the floor exercise, the 24-year-old Yulo bounced back to finish second in both apparatuses where he tallied 14.966 points in vault and chalked up 14.633 in parallel bars.

The Malate, Manila native put up 15.3 points in his first vault and 14.633 in the second.
