Saint Clement Church in Angono leads pro-Earth seminar for Earth Day 2024

The Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Saint Clement in Angono, Rizal is leading this year’s awareness campaign for the environment.

It will hold a pro-Earth seminar for the public on April 26 in observance of World Earth Day 2024.

Through the initiative of the Ecology Ministry and the Social and Human Development Ministry of the Angono shrine, Rev. Fr. Bienvenido Miguel Jr. of the Commission on Ecology of the Diocese of Antipolo will tackle the World Earth Day 2024 theme, “Planet vs Plastics”, during the symposium that will be held at 7 p.m. on April 26, Friday.

World Earth Day is observed worldwide every April 22. It started in 1970 in the United States to call for an urgent action to protect and save the environment.
