Mo Twister to Kaye Abad: Did I hurt you?

Mo Twister is seemingly only too eager to milk an issue involving him and Kaye Abad.

The US-based radio personality took to Instagram recently to explain why he once described the actress as the “ugly version of Iza Calzado.”

Apparently, he has been receiving "hate messages" because of it and he wants it fixed. 

He explained it was simple banter from long ago.

He then shared his new interview with Kaye discussing the very same thing.

“What happened was that we were doing the ugly version of which celebrity. Diba binanggit ko, I’m the ugly version of Matt Damon, tapos nag-text ka sakin,” he shared.

Kaye assented, “Nag-text ako sayo, sabi ko, ‘Ako Mo, sinong ugly version ako’ It was back in the 1990s, pa ‘to."

“Wow. You remembered that. Did I hurt you?” asked Mo.

“No. Not at all. Actually, na-flatter pa nga ako. I really find Iza very pretty. So nung sinabi mo ugly version ka ni Iza Calzado. Sabi ko, ‘Oh wow. I’ll accept that,” Kaye related.

The actress then shared that Iza already reached out to her. 

“‘Wag ko daw tanggapin na sinabi mo na ugly version niya ako.’” shared Kaye. 

Mo maintained it wasn’t his intention to make Kaye feel ugly, and he’s glad that they are still friends. 

“I’m glad that you’re on the show so we can clear the air here that we’re not fighting. We’re okay. Everything is fine. I didn’t really mean it when I called you ugly. I should have just said discount. I should have been better,” he said. 

It all started with Kaye mentioning Mo's comment about her looks in a recent interview with Boy Abunda.
