The property, as listed on Zillow, is located at 2172 Coldwater Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills.

“It’s a magical property. “Even though it’s a brand-new renovation, it has an old-world feel. You pull up in Beverly Hills, and you feel transported,” according to Lori Harris of Keller Williams Los Feliz, who listed it with colleague Brock Harris and Farrah Brittany of the Agency.

The seller was identified as design firm House of Rolison, which purchased the property for $2.36 million in 2023, and renovated it.

According to Zillow, “this enchanting 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Beverly Hills home effortlessly blends old-world charm with modern luxuries. The newest renovation from House of Rolison - known for classic design, use of natural textures and materials, and internationally-sourced finishings - 2172 Coldwater is reminiscent of an English Countryside manor, with classic, romantic touches including stone flooring and fireplace, brand-new clay tile roofing, vaulted wood ceilings, and original fixtures throughout.”

“This vine-covered, stone-clad 3,387 sq ft home tells a story of timeless sophistication and style. The gated compound sits on a flag lot, set back from the street with views of hillside greenery from every window. Past the iron gate, up the driveway find your home surrounded by meticulous landscaping of olive trees and bushes, perched above the street behind soaring hedges. Immediately greeted with charm and history, enter through the front wood door, imported from Turkey, into the main living space,” it added.

It added, “The living room boasts original light fixtures and a center stucco fireplace, with French doors to a covered balcony overlooking the grassy yard and mature hedging with ample room for a pool (plans included). On the main floor find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and powder room. The powder room features Venetian plaster walls and an imported marble sink, while the guest bathroom boasts tumbled travertine floors, a reclaimed custom wood vanity, and plumbing fixtures from Restoration Hardware. Upstairs is the primary bedroom, with hillside views and a magnificent domed light fixture.”

“The primary bath is a sanctuary adorned with Crema Marfil marble, a Restoration Hardware vanity, and brass hardware. The downstairs guest suite/den is the home's heart - a stone-clad space that transports you. With a private entrance, original stone flooring, stunning river rock fireplace, and large bathroom, the space can serve multiple purposes: entertaining, a second primary suite, or guest unit. An arched wood door on the lower level opens outside to a flat grassy yard with mature hedging, with ample room for a pool (plans included),” it said.

“What’s special and rare about the team at House of Rolison is that they believe that what’s inside the walls matters. They care about the structure, the not-seen parts of the house, including the pipes and the major systems. They make all their projects as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside.” said Harris.
