Philippine team BAWZ wins championship in Summer Jam Showcase in Vietnam

The Philippine team, represented by BAWZ, a dance movement comprising various Filipino choreographers, competed and won the title in a hip-hop dance festival entitled Summer Jam Showcase Competition held in Da Nang, Vietnam, last March 2024.
A total of 18 groups from seven countries, namely Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam vied for the title.
Bawz, an emerging dance company in Quezon City, struts its way to the championship and is hailed as the Summer Jam Showcase Competition 2024 winner.






Summer Jam Showcase Competition is one of the biggest dance festivals in Asia Pacific. With over 16 years in the industry, it has become one of the largest and most crucial hip-hop dance festivals in the world.
It has a reputation for attracting the world’s top dancers and their fans to Asia. It is also, by far, the biggest dance camp in the Asia Pacific region since 2015.
