Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval led the inauguration and blessing of four key infrastructure projects in the city on Saturday, April 13.

The projects are part of the city government’s program to a safer and more durable roads and to help prevent floods during typhoons.
They include the new footbridge on Letre Creek with a length of nine meters; the repaired and improved Delos Santos Road 2 and 3 with a length of 173.4 meters; the expansion of the drainage opening on Delos Santos Road with a length of 346.8 meters from 0.8 meters to 1 meter to prevent it from being blocked that may cause floods; and the new Gozon Outpost in Letre and PNP/SWAT outpost on Roque Street.
Sandoval said the local government will continue to coordinate with the barangays to ensure that their projects are aligned with the needs of the residents.
Around 14 roads in Barangay Tañong, Longos, Hulong Duhat, Potrero, Muzon, Tonsuya, and Maysilo, including some drainages in the areas, have been built, repaired , and opened since Mayor Sandoval took office in 2022.
